Bed & Breakfast in Torre Mozza-Ugento

Liccina is a peaceful place surrounded by lush greenery, encompassed by majestic pine trees, ancient olive trees, and a variety of plants. Here, you can indulge in our abundant breakfasts, prepared with fresh, artisanal typical products to ensure authenticity and tradition. Upon request, we also offer gluten-free and English-style savory breakfasts. The recently built establishment provides spacious rooms with private bathrooms, air conditioning, and the option to use the kitchen if needed. Bed sheets are changed every five days or upon request. Towels are changed daily, and the room is cleaned daily as well. Air conditioning is included.

Our breakfast

Enjoy a completely natural breakfast at B&B La Liccina, with homemade sweets, jams, biscuits, and traditional "pasticciotti leccesi". The jams are made with the finest fruits, such as oranges, strawberries, figs, peaches, and wild strawberries, perfect for topping fresh croissants and bread every day. Fresh seasonal fruit is picked every morning for the guests, along with homemade fruit juices, yogurt, flavored milk, and tea, all to satisfy even the most demanding guests.

I, Sabina, am in charge of managing Liccina, even though it has always been a family-run business. We strive to offer the best to our guests: homemade desserts, fresh seasonal fruit, and everything that the countryside has to offer. Our focus is on relaxation, meticulously maintained rooms, utmost cleanliness, and fair prices. At Liccina, we also welcome our four-legged friends. As animal lovers ourselves and owners of several pets, you may see them if you choose to stay with us. Located on the provincial road that goes from Acquarica del Capo to Torre Mozza, which is 6 km away, 10 km from Torre San Giovanni and Lido Marini, and 20 km from Santa Maria di Leuca, La Liccina is in a very central position compared to the most renowned places in Salento. You can therefore dedicate yourself to getting to know the history and culture of Salento, wander around discovering new Maldivian beaches or typical rocky cliffs of the area, and then come back to relax by immersing yourself in the peace and greenery of our garden, which will also host you when you want to dedicate yourself to reading in maximum tranquility and relaxation, on comfortable sun loungers and sofas among the trees, or when you want to sunbathe without moving, enjoying the gentle breeze that will caress you, alleviating the typical summer heat of the area.
